Horse riding involves inherent risks, and all participants participate at their own risk.
Sessions must be fully paid in advance.
Packages are valid for 1 month, Single sessions for 1 week, Self-Ride bookings for 24 hours from the date of purchase.
All payments for sessions, packages, self-ride, and other services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellation requires a minimum of 6 hours' notice. Late cancellations will be counted as a used session.
No-shows will be counted as a used session.
Late arrival may result in loss of session time or full session.
Al Janoub Stud reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions if necessary.
Your level will be assessed in the first session and may be adjusted.
